Update 5/20/2013: Last batch that was going to be leaving today (85 orders) is now leaving tomorrow. The reason is I have a little extra something I want to give you for having to wait so long.
Update 4/29/2013: Still Shipping
So far a lot of you have gotten your plush. However, if you are here, chances are you didn't. The shipping is now being done through USPS Priority mail instead of FedEx since it’s faster. Also if you happened to receive a strange email from USPS lately along the lines of:
Postal notification,
Your parcel can not be delivered by courier service.
Status:{Wrong delivery address.|An error at the delivery address.|Wrong
data delivery.|Fee is not paid.|The weight of parcel is exceed the
available parameters for free delivery.|It is not right specified size and
the weight of parcel.|The size of parcel is exceeded.|It is not right the
address of recipient.
This was due to an error on their side in regards to one of the batches that was going to be shipped. Don’t worry, there is nothing wrong with your package.

Please keep in mind that there is over 500 orders which we are going through individually. This is to ensure we can cater to everyone's special needs.
For those that ordered a shirt: The original source did not offer digital printing. Therefore they were all printed at various companies to match the color of the shirt you selected. They are all still using the same premium upgraded shirt. Hence you are still getting the 30$ shirt for only 20$.
For those that ordered a mouse pad: One of the images used on the mouse pads did not print correctly and was too dark in my opinion (Luna in a Cloak). Therefore I had those reprinted by a different company. As a result, anyone who ordered a mouse pad shall receive 2 mouse pads! One being the original mouse pad you ordered and the second being the new Luna in a Cloak.

Not going to lie, I panicked. Never have I been selected for a customs intensive exam before. I thought something had gone horribly wrong. Apparently nothing is wrong or out of the ordinary, it's a random process.

Update 3/12/2013: FML: I called Fedex since the ETA was left blank. Gave them the container ID and my account number, asked when I would be billed for the freight but then find out: Yes it left China on the 28th and should be shipped to you on the 29th... of March. I asked why the bill said current location was America, response was, "Yes, it's in central America for the canal." So this whole time I was expecting them to come in this week. Wow was I wrong...

Did you fill out the survey? The survey was the questionnaire that followed at the end of the project back in November. It asked for your address along with:

This toy is a form of Luna is inspired by an original fan written story featuring the transformation of the cat named Luna through the constellation of Pegasus. To create this, the colors, name, and markings have been applied to a generic pegasus as a form of representation.
